I have always loved animals and I have always wanted to work in the veterinary field. I grew up with dogs and cats. I have fostered for over 15 + years for different rescue groups in St. Thomas and surrounding areas.

I  joined Elgin Animal Hospital in August 2018 as an Animal Care Attendant and have since worked my way up to CCR. I have always been interested in the different surgeries the veterinarians perform here. The thing I love most about working here is our team.  We are like a big happy family here.  Also can't forget all the amazing pets we get to work with, assist,  comfort and help everyday. My favourite thing about the clinic is how friendly, positive, compassionate and supportive the whole team is.  I felt welcomed from the moment I started working here at Elgin Animal Hospital. 

A fun fact about myself is that I am also a dog trainer.  I also love to train my own personal dogs.  My dogs love to perform tricks and they hold different levels of trick dog titles. I currently share my heart and home with a few dogs, cats, birds, rats, fish, axolotl, snakes and a gecko.
